These terms apply to your use of fifthwave.shop (the "Site") and your purchases from Fifth Wave, operated by Fifthwave Clothing and DTF Prints, Tambaram, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India ("we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. What we sell
- Printed products, including DTF gang sheets printed to the file you provide.
- Clothing, such as oversized tees and basics.
- Digital products: print-ready file downloads and software licences (DTF Gang Sheet Builder, Production Studio).
2. Orders and prices
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are shown at checkout. Applicable taxes and shipping charges, if any, are shown before you pay.
- An order is confirmed when payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price is shown wrongly, or the artwork cannot be printed. In that case you get a full refund of any amount paid.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details. Your payment is subject to the terms of your bank and the payment provider.
4. Your artwork
- You are responsible for the artwork and files you upload. Gang sheets are printed exactly as supplied, at the size and arrangement in your file.
- You confirm that you own the artwork or have the right to use and print it, and that it does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or other rights, and is not unlawful or offensive.
- We may refuse to print any artwork that we believe breaches these terms.
- Files you upload are used only to fulfil your order.
5. Software licences
Software licences are granted to you for your own use and cannot be resold or shared. We may stop a licence that is misused, shared or obtained by refund or chargeback abuse. Licence conditions shown with the software also apply.
6. Shipping, cancellations and refunds
These are explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy, which form part of these terms.
7. Limit of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by couriers, payment providers, internet failures or events outside our control.
8. Use of the Site
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to access it without permission, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes. The Site's content and software belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.
9. Privacy
How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page, with its "Last updated" date, applies to orders placed after the update.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction over disputes.
