After payment, your download link appears on the order confirmation page and in your order email. It gives you only the app you bought.
Questions
Which computers does it run on?
Windows 10 and 11, 64-bit. There is no Mac version yet.
Do I need internet?
Only to activate, and now and then so the app can confirm your licence. Your designs and orders stay on your computer.
Can I use one email on two computers?
One email address gets one computer at a time. To run two computers at once, buy with a different email address for each one.
I got a new computer. How do I move my licence?
Install the app on the new computer and activate with the same email. The licence moves there, and the old computer stops working the next time it goes online. You can move a licence once every 3 days. If you need to move it sooner, contact us.
How do I renew a monthly plan?
In the last 15 days of your plan, buy the monthly plan again and activate in the app. The new 30 days are added after your current end date. The one-time purchase never needs renewing.
Which email should I use in the app?
The same email you used at checkout. The code is sent to that address.
