This policy explains how Fifth Wave (fifthwave.shop) ships printed items and clothing, and how digital products are delivered.
1. Where we ship
We currently ship within India. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
2. Processing and dispatch time
- Printed items and clothing are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after your order is confirmed (and, for custom prints, after your artwork is received).
- Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Large or bulk orders may take longer, and we will tell you if that applies to your order.
3. Delivery time
- Delivery is usually 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the courier.
- We use third-party courier partners. When your order ships, we share the courier and tracking details where available.
- Delivery times are estimates. Delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes or incorrect addresses are outside our control.
4. Pickup
Pickup from our shop in Tambaram, Chennai is available for printed orders when you choose Pickup. We tell you when your order is ready. Please bring your order number.
5. Digital products
Print-ready file downloads and software licences are delivered electronically, by a download link or licence email sent to the email address you gave at checkout, normally within minutes of payment. If you have not received it, check your spam folder and then contact us.
6. Your address
Please give a complete and correct delivery address and a working phone number. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete details. If a parcel comes back to us, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping, and re-shipping charges may apply.
7. Damaged or wrong parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. See our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy for what happens next.
