This policy applies to purchases from Fifth Wave (fifthwave.shop), operated by Fifthwave Clothing and DTF Prints, Tambaram, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. It covers order cancellation, returns and refunds for printed items, clothing and digital products.
1. Cancelling an order
- You can cancel an order before it goes into printing or dispatch. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
- If the order is cancelled in time, you get a full refund to the original payment method.
- Once printing has started or the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Printed items and clothing
Gang sheets and other prints are made to order, and clothing is sold as listed. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, colour or size preference, or for artwork you supplied (we print exactly the file you send).
We will reprint or refund, at our choice, in these cases:
- Misprint or print quality fault caused by us.
- Item damaged in transit.
- Wrong item received.
To qualify, report the problem within 48 hours of delivery by email or phone, with your order number and clear photos of the item and the packaging. We may ask for the item to be returned before a reprint or refund.
3. Digital products
Digital products are print-ready file downloads and software licences (Gang Sheet Builder, Production Studio). Because they are delivered immediately, they are not refundable after delivery.
We will refund or replace a digital product only if the file is corrupt or the licence key does not work and we are unable to fix it. Report this within 7 days of purchase with your order number.
4. How refunds are paid
- Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method.
- We start the refund within 5 to 7 business days of approval. After that, the time your bank or payment provider takes to show it depends on them.
5. Payment taken but order not confirmed
If money was debited but you did not receive an order confirmation, the amount is normally reversed automatically by the payment provider within a few business days. If it is not, contact us with the payment reference and we will help trace it.
